Shanghai administration on city appearance and environmental sanitation was founded in April, 2000, which is the governing department for all the City Appearance Environmental Sanitation. In 2004, the municipal government established Shanghai city appearance environmental general construction and management joint conference. The office is located in our bureau (non-permanent organization).In 2005, our bureau increases hanged up a sign which named city management administration enforcement bureau, and implemented "one group with two functions".

The cooperation of the city appearance environmental general construction and management, the practical management for the relatively centralized administration punishment works in city management, public management and public service on city appearance and environmental sanitation etc.
